Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–5 business days

  • Free Delivery: Available for orders over £35

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping to International Destinations

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number (if applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging, and we will assist you with a replacement or claim.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
