1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as received
Unused and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons, especially if the product is cosmetic, fragrance, or personal-care related)
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

Photos/videos of the damage
We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
