1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unopened (for hygiene and safety reasons, especially if the product is cosmetic, fragrance, or personal-care related)

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us first so we can arrange the return or replacement.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos/videos of the damage

We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
